A case of type V Fistula and complex peri anal abscess with supralevator extension successfully operated . TROPIS Technique adopted with partial Fistulectomy and Ksharasutra ligation and the abscess drained completely. Surgery conducted by Dr Kajal Bagada Assistant professor of Salyatantra department assisted by the internees Dr Nikita Dr Nitin and Dr Keyuri and the final year students.
